Nothing to really talk about, it has been a 6 months me started working at this place and i'm on my notice period right now.
Cons
These people have to learn on how to treat an employee, how to treat a client and work on the promises given to their employers. - Pay is 40% less than average H1B Person in US - Agreement based on penalty, if you leave company in an year. You end up paying $10K, which is around your 2~3 months salary - Health insurance by 75% ~ 25% - No Paid leaves - No Growth apart from your team - No relocation Assistance
