Quadrant resource team is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Helps out with job search in various domains. Has a good client base in Seattle WA.

Cons

Needs quick turnaround time. Also needs more contacts for jAVA opportunities.

Pros

Professional and courteous environment, open culture, good salary. Business is expanding. The CEO is a great guy - very considerate and helpful. Being a small company, they're open to allowing employees take on more responsibility - will get compensated for that as well.

Cons

It is a small company and works like a startup, so not the employee processes need more maturity, can improve.
