Pros

Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company. Management Always Treats me as a family member, not an employee. Great place to work, as a part of a member from Sr. Management I personally assure that we do care for each and every employee of ours and we respect them. We do take every employee of ours equally and take good care of them in every aspect (Immigration Support... Etc)

Quadrant resource team is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Helps out with job search in various domains. Has a good client base in Seattle WA.

Cons

Needs quick turnaround time. Also needs more contacts for jAVA opportunities.
