Pros
1. The compensation is great. 2. The tech stack is pretty updated and the work is challenging. 3. There is very little hierarchy and the discussions/decisions are usually transparent. 4. Frequent Team Outings/dinner/lunch , Playstation/Carrom board etc at office helps you free your mind. 5. Diverse Team, There are at least 5 languages that you can hear people speak on an average day.
Cons
None that i can think of. Current state of the company looks very positive.
