Pros

Good base salary Not a bad place to work if you are okay with not having peers and a severe lack of structure Great work life balance - due to the lack of structure employees are not expected to be productive

Cons

No pension or 401k match Low amount of vacation time Do not receive all Federal Bank Holidays as PTO No structure Isolated Very small organization that will not put in the time to help one acclimate Limited opportunity for growth/advancement

Pros

A great place to work! The leadership team's transparency of their vision and goals for the company, fosters a strong culture that truly puts people first. As an employee I feel that my opinion is valued, and my ideas are heard. Competitive compensation, great benefits and flexible work-life balance. Although most employees are 100% remote, they make it a point to make sure that all employees still feel like a part of the team.
