Pros
The people (co-workers, management) make all the difference. Not only is this a great company that has offered me a chance to have more time back with my family, but the employee first culture makes me certain that I will have a long career here. I love the people I work with, and truly feel supported by not only them, but upper management as well. I have had the opportunity for career advancement, and I see the direct correlation between the work that I put in, and the opportunities presented to me. I have also been pleased with the benefits, as well as the communication and comradery between the various departments. I was also offered a very fair salary for the industry.
