      You get to work on a lot of technologies. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      People do not get engaged. Teams are not well defined. There is no project management structure (scrum, etc.)

      everything seems fine as of now, the office is nice, the working environment is good. easy to reach office in time

      none as of now seems all good. let's see if anything comes up in the future but that's pretty much unlikely.
