      Pros

      Average compensation in IT. Other benefits are same across company and better than average. Most of the IT organization is a decent place to work and is providing advance technologies and services for rest of the company. Smart engineers across company.

      Cons

      ***This review is only for IT*** IT is considered a cost center. Lot of red tapes and burdensome processes which makes project delivery painful and long. Most of the IT organization is a decent place to work but working in some of the groups within IT has been very toxic. Some of the managers are incompetent and seems to be out of place for the job. No or little communication from top to down leads to lot of confusion in project delivery. Lot of micromanagement, blame games, politics between teams rather than focusing on goals. Very aggressive deadlines, weekend deliveries with very little work life balance.
