Once up on a good company, lost its edge in current competition
Pros
* some of the very finest engineers to work with in Wireless industry * very open and collaborative environment where you can learn and grow in career. * Good health-care coverage even-though recently high deductible has been added (very much comparable with Apple, Google, FB)
Cons
* Negative atmosphere due to multiple lawsuits made this company to go from "best company to work for" to "not so good company to work for" (Basically, from year 2015 to 2018 and counting are the worst of worst years in Qualcomm history). * No matter how good the current CEO is trying, his luck is not favoring. CEO is kind of caught up in fights from multiple ends, so company is loosing the focus and valuable/experience talent. * Salary is below than competitor company. Pay-scale is as per year 2014 in 2018.
