Pros

Fantastic people, good working environment, good benefits, teamwork prioritized, good structure for dissemination of information and updates, value their employees, a lot of perks!

Cons

Poor hiring practices. Hire contract workers and will keep contract for as long as possible, often making them take a month off of work unpaid to get over the hurdle of statutes governing that a contract should be no longer than a 1 year period.

Pros

Great people to work with. Very intelligent, very motivated, great team players. Good pay. Great technology to work on.

Cons

Executive managers can be bullies, lots of politics, sometimes a little slippery for my taste. Weird because the Mollekopf does not appear that way but some of the VPs he has surrounded himself with leave much to be desired. Work like a dog. Zero work life balance.

Good work / life balance, some smart "old-timers", a lot of the work is focused on commercializing the same features just on the latest chips

Cons

Overall compensation seems to be decreasing year over year as is morale. Lawsuits are creating a cloud over everything
