      Pros

      The work is potentially interesting. They have some decent people. Free lunches are pretty good. The office environment is decent. Big rewards for the lucky ones.

      Cons

      Way too focussed on the US office. Working across sites is not well managed despite pretty resources. The US guys don't tend to get in until late and don't understand that it's unsociable to keep taking meetings late in to the evening. You need to be on the right projects to get the big rewards.
