      * Market leader in cellphone business, so given opportunity to learn how to accomplish job in a professional way. * Good documentation and review process during the design and testing phase. * Provides reasonable compensation and good health care. * The job is reasonably challenging, and at the same time provides time to be social.

      Cons

      * The company is too big and it is getting difficult to move up in the ladder.

      Pros

      Overall Qualcomm is an Okay place to work. Everything depends on your team lead. If you are with a good lead, you are fine. Otherwise, life is not easy.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure, hard to get promoted as there are lots of competition. The number of people who can get promoted is very limited. Many times people in my team have to work overtime to meet deadlines.
