      Pros

      1. You can learn technology if you want, no matter in which team you are. 2. There may be times to implement new things but it comes very rare and it depends on team and technology for which you work. 3. Very open culture with respect to timings. 4. Work from home option available.

      Cons

      1. In the name of development mainly debugging takes place. 2. Due to cost cutting salary review is decreased from 2 times a year to 1 time and salary hike is also decreased than before. 3. You may be called on weekends any time, as you are provided with laptops. You are expected to check mails even on weekends. 4. Employees are expected to work late nights. So, there are long working hours and over pressure.
