A good technology Company and a potential for good growth as a company. Very good employee benefits. Lot of new things to learn.

Cons

No work-life balance. All 24hrs need to be dedicated to the company. HR is too weak to take any firm decisions. Lot of office politics and favoritism. No promotion or good appraisal even after giving more than 100%

*Salary *People *Stock *Benefits (though it has been cut down. hope it is temporary) *perks *free food *cab *Work life balance (though team dependent). Decent scope to learn technical stuffs. Always engaged which is good, you will never feel you are wasting time. Overall good place to work with.

Cons

Though pay is decent, it still needs to be revised already considering the net revenue and the pay of the competitors -easily 2 to 3 years behind. Bonus also can be increased.
