      Great place to work. Depends on the team but great people to work with. Lots of lateral opportunities and good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of work, difficult to get promoted. Promotion depends mostly on whether your boss likes you or not. More lateral crosschecking would be good

      - Very flexible environment (not necessarily regarding flex time, etc. but in every other area) - Great benefis - Incredibly smart people to work with - Challenging work

      - Can be somewhat political - Work is demanding from a time perspective - Confusing organization structure - Has sites outside the US but does not operate globally
