Pros
Some smart engineers you work with and can learn from. Potentially interesting work. Decent benefits.
Cons
Company has changed from early years.. more corporate, competitive, political. Some bad managers are there (i.e. technically capable people who should not be managers). Can be bureaucratic and/or clique-ish, your experience will depend on which group you are part of.. my group was a dead end and another group had people promoted once or twice or even more.. then I decided to leave :-)
