      Dynamic role dealing with the customer. Low pressure but consistent work.

      Pros

      Majorly debugging customer issues. Finding bugs is hard but we dont own the bugs so less pressure. Most bugs after being found are sent to developers to fix.

      Cons

      Very dynamic role, there is a lot of chaos. cannot predict workload, one day you will be free and another you will be dealing with 10 customer issues.
