Pros
Lots of Stock Grants Good work life balance at least in my division Good health benefits flexible PTO, "unlimited" based on needs of your project Pretty standard for people at least that I work with to take the last two weeks of the year off
Cons
All the cons you get from any large corporation. Lower pay than some other large tech companies Annual salary increase does not match inflation Some divisions from what I hear have lay offs occasionally and are not as good work life balance, very subjective experience.
