Can get to work on multiple innovative android based hardware and software. Market leader in wireless and mobile processor domain. Can transition from one division to other.

Cons

Very slow to no growth, hike and promotion. Engineers generally fixated to one view point and not much creative. Rote learning is encouraged. Quite Less RSUs compared to similar software firms.
