      - Part of a large organization (Fortive) but still has smaller company feel - Company is always looking at how to improve, try new things, etc. - Great growth and development opportunities, roll up your sleeves & hands-on environment - Flexible - Competitive benefits - Successful, global business - Work with intelligent, caring people

      The company is working through how to better manage and collaborate with remote/hybrid teams post-pandemic, but has been very flexible

      Pros

      Qualitrol has been a great place to work. I am constantly learning something new. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the people. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help when needed. Since we are apart of Fortive there is plenty of resources to help with the day to day. Benefits are great! With Medical, 401k, PTO, 13 Paid Holidays, and more!
