      Pros

      global exposure. You will be visiting factory in USA/ UK/ Canada at least once in a year and also different countries for commissioning activities. you are allowed to stay in good hotels in India as well as abroad.

      Cons

      excessive workload and travelling disturbs personal life alot. no allowances for abroad. Lot of work in remote areas of middle east where one needs to travel alone.

      Pros

      The first and most important: Having been employed by Qualitrol is a good reference point when complaining about your current employer, remeber it can always be worse.. Secondly, the customers in this business were always nice and understanding.

      Cons

      A horrible employer, by far the worst I have experienced. At least outside the HQ, the emplyee turnover was massive, the management were rude and offensive which also created a similar culture betwen colleagues. Avoid!
