Some people are nice

Cons

People are not treated equally. Some of the people are allowed to do what ever they want, others work hard and get no respect. Pay is low, raises are few. Not willing to let people who want to learn other jobs. Don't go there . Big turn over

The company makes an attempt to improve morale Fairly reliable cost-of-living raises Benefits are ok coworkers are good

Cons

Certain departments are obviously favored over others Upper management plays favorites Benefits are only ok Upper management turns over every 3-5 years, so there's not a lot of commitment to the employees Not a lot of women in the technical positions

Pros

Fast phase of work, company definitely keeps employees busy. Good training and growth opportunities if performing good. Very nice location, and team overall. People will always try to help, even if busy with their work. I felt like management is very receptive to inputs from employees, especially if supported by facts. I've been rewarded for good performance in the past, which is really great.

Cons

Sometimes I feel that company is trying to "bite too much", instead of focusing on what is important, and really nailing it. I feel like management needs a refresher/training on what is true meaning of "Sense of urgency" and "Stretch".
