Travel opportunities although this doesn't make up for how badly the company is run, private health care

Cons

There is an awful culture throughout, obvious differences between teams in salary, treatment and rules, salary differences between genders, poor management skills from lower level management right up to the top as no management training seems to be given, no respect between colleagues, very poor salary increases (if at all), unwillingness to share knowledge and help colleagues, very poor complaint handling by HR & leadership.
