The company is trying it's best to improve the working conditions. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within Qualitrol and the parent company Fortive.

Cons

Long hours and too much work for one person. People are stretched thin.

Everyone is really nice and seems to want to work together. You can hear laughter throughout the day. Management is nice enough and really want to help you grow.

Cons

At times it can be stressful with deadlines and projects. Management seems to be distant at times.
