Meetings are scheduled round the clock and standard behavior is to work thru weekends, and holidays while billing 40 hour weeks to the client.

QnA seems to have major issues with communication, organization, and respect towards its employees. The lack of structure and organization makes it difficult for employees to do their job effectively, while the constant pushing back of deadlines without explanation creates a sense of frustration and demoralization among staff members. Additionally, the blatant disrespect and abuse from superiors is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any work environment.
