We’re glad you’re enjoying the Freightliner Cascadias. While we totally understand the love for the long hood Peterbilts, we appreciate your positive take on the fleet. Your feedback means a lot to us. Thank you for taking the time to share. If you ever have any more thoughts or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out at driverservices@qualitycarriers.com.

Pros

They do giveaways for nice seating for sports events which is pretty nice. The work is clear, and metrics aren't overly complex for no reason. There's been no lay offs despite a rough market time, so you have great security here. The team is very close and communication is excellent. They do throw some money into your HSA account which is a nice little benefit added in that I haven't seen before at other places, it ends up being a couple grand extra of untaxed medical aid every year.

Cons

Hybrid role, so you're doing a 3/2 split, leaning a bit more WFH than office, but management understands if there are life events that require you to be more WFH, so that's a plus. There's also no real ladder to climb in terms of software development, as the roles are either developer, or senior developer, which makes career advancement a bit harder.
