Pros

The work atmosphere is enjoyable. I have a fantastic working relationship with my co-workers. We all get along great (for the most part). I actually enjoy coming to work for the first time in a long time.

Cons

The Pay...honestly, the work we do, we should be getting paid much more. We have a tremendous amount of responsibility, with a vast amount of knowledge to maintain...much of which is changing all the time.

Pros

QC has the best people. Everyone at Corporate is so friendly and helpful. I love coming in everyday knowing that my group works so well together. I love interacting with the Drivers that are coming to QC as their new home. It's a great sense of satisfaction knowing that we are helping people find jobs.

Cons

Not enough food places in walking distance of the office.

Pros

There is so much I love about this company. As a recruiter we are given average pay at terminals weekly so we can make sure we are giving drivers the right average pay. I am able to still work a full week but also have a life, something I didn't have elsewhere. We have lead generators which is awesome because I can focus on drivers who have applied. Supportive team and great working environment.

Cons

I needed to buy a couple monitors when I started because it was difficult to work off a laptop but it wasn't a big deal.
