      QCC is the best company I have ever worked for, they have some of the most compassionate people I have ever meet.

      Communication can be challenging since everyone is spread all over the state.

      Pros

      Huge emphasis on a family culture and care about every employee. Want to make a difference in how people view correctional health care. Care about finding ways to increase services to patients who are currently incarcerated. Want to help reduce recidivism and help transition patients back into the community. If you work for QCC, you are not a means to an end or a number, you have the ability to be a difference maker.

      Cons

      Communication can be a little bit of hurdle due to all employees being spread out all across the state of Indiana. However, QCC is always working towards solutions to this issue.

      Though this company has a large area of coverage it still feels like a small business. As an employee of a family run company I still feel as if I am a part of the family.

      Cons

      Communication is a challenge at times. This company is very tech focused an that does help remedy this challenge.
