Pros

Good pay for what it is on paper PTO is decent

Cons

Management has favorites with the people that 'install lights under their desk', you can see who the favorites are by seeing who is in their office constantly. If one of those guys doesn't like you then you're going to be doing 2x the work for the same pay as everyone else. "Guaranteed pay" no longer exists.

Younger employees decide when you go home for the day with 0 compensation for doing 8hrs of work in 3-4hrs.
