Almost everyone I work with is a joy to be around. Top to bottom, there is a great team environment and emphasis and collaboration.

Cons

Industry (supply chain/logistics) challenges can make progress and growth initiatives stagnant. Training programs are bare bones so experience is 'trial by fire' at times.

Probably the best culture I've worked in. The company really is focused on its creed and values of taking care of its employees and customers. The schedule is also amazing, and people are wonderful.

Cons

Most jobs are pretty physical, so you need to be comfortable with that.
