Pros

Pretty laid back environment. As long as you get the job done without accidents or mistakes during the delivery, they leave you alone. Decent equipment. Company paid uniforms. Company has a lot of safety incentives.

Cons

It's a transportation business. Has the usually cons.

Pros

Better schedule than most food service companies. Management actually cares about employees and the fact that they have families. Well maintained equipment and an above average wage with plenty opportunity to work extra. Good benefits and management is willing to listen.

Cons

Hard physical labor and working nights can be taxing.
