Pros

It’s a paycheck and they have free drinks from a soda fountain.

Cons

This place is a nightmare. There is no communication whatsoever between members of management. Upper management treats middle management like garbage and constantly blames others for their incompetence. The only reason to stay with this company is to have a job while you look for something else.

There are so many cons working at this place that I would never recommend it. It needs a completely new management staff right away. -Management has lack of communication and there is no organization in the way things are ran or decided -Overnight hours -No sense of protocol -Management never answers the phone or returns messages -Expended to work without proper equipment or with broken equipment -Favoritism is always shown for select drivers -Working holidays - Loads are never ready on time -Short delivery windows -No work life balnce -Company does not value its workforce
