Habitual lay-offs and deceitful practices

Pros

The work itself is straight forward and enjoyable.

Cons

If you aren't a favorite or if you bring forward concerns, you will not move up and you will be laid off in their next round of layoffs. They like to layoff employees and then tell the rest of the team no layoffs happened because they went the extra mile to prevent it.

Thank you for your feedback. The decision to lay off team members when forced to do so by economic conditions is one of the toughest decisions we are faced with. Thankfully, it has been very limited.
