Thanks for taking the time to review your time as a test tech with QualityLogic. We agree, it is a great environment – especially if you like the casual atmosphere and interesting projects and many do provide great interaction opportunities with customers. We’re proud of the hard work each of our people put in, from the testing to the sales teams, everyone is doing a great job!
We don’t understand your comment regarding promotion opportunities. It’s always best to talk with your supervisor directly so they can explain the opportunities available to you. QualityLogic has a long history for promoting from within. In fact, the majority of the operations management team have all been promoted from within. Additionally, even beyond management promotions, this past year we have rolled out various tiers to our position plans and began implementing them where there is promotion opportunity. There are definitely opportunities for all employees at QualityLogic to learn, grow, and be promoted to higher positions.
