Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, it’s appreciated. I have to agree, there are some really great people here at Qualtrics - definitely part of what keeps me on this team. I recognize the changes to our promotions process represent a significant shift from our previous approach. As we move into the upcoming PDF process at the start of the year, it will be an opportunity for us to gather employee feedback and learn from the experience. Our goal is to support career progression while maintaining a healthy organizational structure, and it’s essential for potential candidates to recognize that we prioritize this balance. The good news is that - over the last year - we’ve seen career growth continue through internal mobility at the highest rate in company history, alongside promotions.
