Pros

Built a great brand and standard for the industry. All the resources needed to be tremendously successful.

Cons

Leadership is weak. There are spots of great leaders but my experience was multiple managers who absorbed the credit for any success and quickly passed the blame for any failures. Best days feel like they are behind them and many customers are wondering why they need such a high cost to their license and products.

Pros

The office is nice and most lower level managers are great.

Cons

Company morale went from 100 to 0 in 2023 because of bad decisions by upper management. A lot of the best people left. Teams were broken up and sent overseas and things are falling apart.
