Pros

Free food, fun co-workers. highly skilled co-workers, fun work environment, self monitored work environment.

Cons

Highly over qualified sales team that is very underpaid. Product is good but really difficult to sell with the competing market. If you go work at Adobe or other software companies in the area your base pay alone will most likely be higher than your salary+ commissions. Way over crowed sales team, and the system used to track contacts is cluttered and broken.

Dumpster fire. Terrible leadership. No vision. Product in decline. Slow to adopt and use real AI. Top talent has all left. Tons of internal distractions and politics.
