Health/wellness stipend, $1,800 experience bonus annually, generous PTO policy and good healthcare insurance options

Cons

Poor leadership planning resulting in a lot of loyal employees losing their jobs, struggled to live up to their value of Transparency, sales teams are not hitting their numbers so they struggle to keep top talent, poor financial performance.
