Pros

Work life balance has been good for me and the people are generally great.

Cons

As I imagine most software companies are, the sales pitch is better than actuality. Nothing happening behind the magic curtain here seems to be logical and successes come from fairy dust. They talk a lot about professional development and DEI but there's not much focus on it when it comes down to the brass tacks.

The pay and company benefits were enticing

Cons

Very little to no company culture, no sense of direction from leadership, constant changes across roles/teams, no support from higher up but expected to still perform and deliver quarterly results

- OK pay for a medium size company. - Lots of opportunities to learn - People are respectful and courteous

Cons

- Senior execs are worthless, they just care about themselves and the money they are making. There is no true transparency for employees - Most of the good leaders left after the private equity acquisition
