Pros
It’s a good company with good opportunities and a product that helps customers greatly once they learn how to use it. They hire good people and I have always had excellent managers and teammates.
Cons
Very complicated product that is difficult to sell. Marketing has branded the living daylights out of a survey and dashboard tool and it’s really difficult to differentiate what qualtrics actually does vs what marketing says it can do. Training is garbage. There is too much of a dependence on scrappyness. If something isn’t working, you just need to figure out a workaround. Doing this constantly is exhausting. People are stuck in their ways and it’s tough if you aren’t a basic Provo sales bro.
