Crumbling from the inside

Pros

Exposure to cool customers, snacks, lunch 5 days a week, public transport to and from home on work days

Cons

Since acquisition by Silver Lake, Qualtrics is no longer the same on the inside. Management has soured and numbers are falling both in attrition and performance. Team isn't happy or encouraged, hostile management styles. Good managers are abundant, but there are a few bad eggs, and the good ones don't have thriving teams with the cards they're dealt. No more DEI team at Qualtrics.

Great Benefits Great Product Great Support

Cons

I can only speak to the State and Local department. But if you don't live in Provo and are part of what everyone calls the "Brovo" club, then you don't have much of a chance. Nobody is hitting quota. I was actually leading my team in sales and was let go for "Performance". Be very cautious if you are interviewing on the State and Local team. Unless you live in Utah County, In that case you should be good to go.
