Pros

Everyone is working together to help move the needle for Qualtrics. Everyone is motivated and hard working. A lot of the managers and leaders are invested in the employee's development.

Cons

Pay. One of the lowest salaries for the industry. Commission (sales) and bonuses are nice but taxes take a lot of that. If you want to bring in and keep top talent pay more.

Pros

An engaging environment that empowers individuals to achieve amazing things is probably my favorite part of Qualtrics. The company is growing quickly and there are lot of hard problems to solve. I love being able to work shoulder to shoulder with brilliant people who are passionate about making research simple. I love that most people who are at Qualtrics did not necessarily chase the highest offer, but instead chased the offer with the most to offer (mentorship, environment, professional challenge and upside). The benefits are pretty amazing too. I feel like most companies are trying to find ways to give less while Qualtrics does the opposite. My impression is the Qualtrics is continually finding new ways to reward its employees. Also, just to mention a few of the benefits that are pretty incredible: Health Benefits 100% paid for 401K contribution by company Holiday company shut down Good bonus upside for top performers Every FT employee an owner Amazing parties Awesome environment

Cons

Because of the rapid growth the company is always changing. You need to be someone who can embrace change otherwise you may not like it.

Pros

Free food (cereal, trail mix, bananas..), fun atmosphere, educated group of people, transparent office, Apple computers.

Cons

Long work hours. My team supervisor would always tell me that they expect new hires to work 10 hour days for the first year or so while they gain clients. The problem is that most of the big-name clients are already taken (and the remaining clients don't really have a use for the product or can't afford it). There is no room for growth and it's very difficult to switch departments. Their biggest department is the sales team and if that isn't a good fit for you, good luck trying to interview for another position. Additionally, the base salary is super low - $30k. Not enough to live off of while you gain clientele. The upper management is trying to be like Google and most of them are extremely full of themselves.
