      Pros

      Everyone is working together to help move the needle for Qualtrics. Everyone is motivated and hard working. A lot of the managers and leaders are invested in the employee's development.

      Cons

      Pay. One of the lowest salaries for the industry. Commission (sales) and bonuses are nice but taxes take a lot of that. If you want to bring in and keep top talent pay more.

      +Huge amounts of ownership/autonomy in projects +Great, accessible leadership team +Crazy smart co-workers +"Startup" feel and mentality (quick promotions, scrappy problem solving, new teams emerging) +Feel valued as an employee +Ice cream

      Cons

      -If you like having very specific direction, probably not the company for you. The company expects you to find the best solution/vision.

      Pros

      You feel like you were really own the products that you work on. You get to deal with some really awesome technologies and are given a lot of freedom on how you want to work with them.

      Cons

      It can definitely be stressful sometimes, and being on call is never very fun. It would also be nice to have more paid time off or more salary.
