Qualtrics has a great product, good food and they offer good employee perks like pool tables, ping pong, etc. They have grown their business on cheap labor which is one of the key reasons they are financially sound. Leadership is OK. Could be better. The employees and your peers at Qualtrics are awesome. That was my favorite part of working at Qualtrics where the people I was able to work with.

Career advice from Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman at Google: "Get on a rocket ship. When companies are growing quickly and they are having a lot of impact, careers take care of themselves. And when companies aren’t growing quickly or their missions don’t matter as much, that’s when stagnation and politics come in. If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat. Just get on." Qualtrics is a rocket ship. The opportunities here are unbelievable. It is such a dynamic workplace. As the company grows, things are constantly evolving and improving. The ability to pivot and grow is a must. There's never a dull moment on the job at Qualtrics. As an employee, my contributions are valued and my successes are noticed and rewarded. Management is excellent - from team leads up to the founders. They are passionate about Qualtrics and want their employees to be successful. The people I work with are fantastic across the board. I love coming to work. This is a great place to begin or to grow your career.
