Pros

The people you work with on a day to day basis such as your immediate team are great Great benefits

Cons

The senior leadership lack any sort of self awareness, ignore any negative feedback from employee surveys and only look out for each other. It seems to be a clique and no one new is allowed in meaning no positive change is ever made.

The product is not great at all for Product Managers. There is no innovation. They are trying to stitch things together and create buzzwords, but there is no clear value for the customers.
