Pros

Good colleagues when you get to connect with them and decent benefits

Cons

Managers needs true enablement to know how to actually lead. Funny enough a former Executive Russ Laraway wrote a book "When They Win You Win" Which he speaks about a lot of the power of good managers and would've thought that Qualtrics would've encorparted this into the mangers. Not many proactive managers that can actually motiveate.

Work life balance Solid comp structure, although it has been impacted negatively recently Great product

Cons

Specific teams still have great cultures but the company-wide culture has been sliding in the wrong direction since the private equity took over. Terrible internal business processes - make the easy things difficult
