Great team, fair compensation, great benefits and perks!

Cons

Ever since Qualtrics was acquired by Silverlake there are basically no more promotions, the company let go 23% of its employees and went full DOGE to save money, which was surely needed to some extent. Company has hired some new senior executives who are rather cutthroat and made tough changes that changed the company culture negatively. Qualtrics has lost much of its original charm unfortunately.

Inclusive environment Very collaborative environment They tried to delay lay offs as much as they could and when they couldn’t postpone it any longer, they gave people a 6 month grace period to find another job and rehired many folks Balanced work load Work life balance

Reorgs keep happening which disrupts employees. Lower salaries than other companies
