Not many to list unfortunately

Cons

Constant turnover of sales reps, constant territory changes with no rationale, and a real lack of emotional intelligence and leadership capability at the senior level. Leadership is disengaged from day-to-day challenges and fails to support or develop the team, making it a tough place to build any momentum or career growth.

Pros

Good benefits, salary, comp plan. Nice products despite lacking investment for local needs (ex.: WhatsApp connection).

Cons

Global and Latam Leadership doesnt know much about Brazil and have choosen to not invest aggresively in the local market but still expects agressive results. Latam leadership takes advantage of being not being seen very close from HQ to make decisions that would not necessarily follow global guidelines.
