Pros

Qualtrics has some incredibly smart and driven people that are the lifeblood of this company. Culture is decent, benefits are good, and I feel that I am paid fairly.

Cons

Qualtrics has been a phenomenal experience up until Zig took over. I used to feel valued as an employee but it's frustrating to see the same "old boys club" continue to be promoted even when there are more experience and capable people. We lack mature and experienced leaders that truly care about the company and employees. Instead, we are led by a CEO and President that each make about $140M per year

Pros

great people, pretty good pay, hires some amazing managers

Cons

As an employee and customer experience company, we have tons of data on the optimal employee experience. We also have a separate internal employee survey so we can give feedback to senior leadership. However, senior leadership is actively ignoring this data on what employees want, and made decisions that were literally counter to what we communicated. Their decision to make everyone go back into the office 4 days a week was based on 0 data and their answers to our questions were non-answers. Our amazing managers are doing their best and no one is happy, everyone is asking for answers, and no one is getting them. This disproportionately affects people who may need to breastfeed or care for infants, and theres already not a balance of women in tech or this company. It is disappointing to say the least; not because returning to the office is the worst thing ever, but because of the break of mutual respect and trust between senior leadership and us employees. I thought Qualtrics' senior leadership cared about its employees, because when I first joined, it was a fantastic work culture. All that joy and excitement vanished quick.

Pros

3.5 stars -- rounding up because I have high hopes for us. - Love my team, manager, and people I work with - Work-life balance is amazing and there is trust between the manager and TAM - Benefits are nice (experience bonus, wellness stipend, 401k match), pay is mid-range and fine for an early career. - Free food in office, awesome cafe, all-around nice people to work with

Cons

- Marketing the product as something revolutionary, but basic functionalities are often unclear - Focuses TOO much on "scrappy" solutions rather than focusing efforts on a really solid main product. - Constantly rolling out innovations/updates with very minimal heads-up to front-line employees who have to support the technical aspects of these updates. - Decisions are made despite opposing views from employees. I understand some hard calls need to be made for the sake of the business, but there could be better, more transparent ways to communicate to employees.
