Free lunch is nice, hours are easy

Cons

Little to no room to grow your career, the internal process is literal hell. Manager stopped talking to me after maternity leave completely. Like for months and months.

Pros

Good benefits/perks - health insurance, commute, mobile, free lunch and snacks. My immediate team is good.

Cons

So much change, low transparency, internal politics and toxic culture (specifically in the sales teams). People get away with doing things that aren't right, low consequences. Those that do good aren't rewarded for it. I don't feel it's safe to speak up without consequences.
